My name is Nicholas Rommel and I have been playing on basketball teams since the age of 10. My mind is set on getting into a Division 1 college for basketball and a great education as well as having the possibility of achieving my lifetime dream to play professionally. On the court I am a hard working player with a high basketball IQ, great knowledge of how to play the game in whole (offensively and defensively) and a great teammate. Off the court I am a very dedicated student and on the honor roll. I am known for being a excellent student and was recently honored at my school for leadership. I am a mentor at the Pleasant Valley Youth Association Summer Camp where I have the opportunity to teach adolescents how to be leaders and play a variety of sports. Lastly, I have played the Alto and Tenor Saxophone for 5 years and have been on the school Cross Country and Track teams. I have won 7 of 13 Cross Country meets and 27th out of 200 racers in a district meet with a time of 11:56 on a 2 mile course.
