Maison Ross '23 Recruiting Profile

    Throughout playing my travel basketball and junior high years, I've always felt that I had something to prove. I knew inside that I had what it took to be a great basketball player. I've spent countless hours in the gym with personal trainers and in my own driveway with my dad working on my game.  Like many other kids my age with big dreams, I thought if I simply participated in multiple camps and played AAU basketball that someday a college coach would notice me and everything would just fall into place.  I've since learned that it doesn't quite happen that way. 

    Looking ahead, I'm very excited about the next chapter of my life. I now have a much better understanding of the sacrifices it takes to reach my ultimate goal. I will continue to push and challenge myself daily to be the best athlete and student I'm confident that I can be. Whichever college I'm fortunate enough to attend, I'm fully committed to continue my journey to excel both athletically and academically.  

    I'm ready to get to work!
