While I played football and basketball at a young age, I have always aspired to play basketball at the collegiate level. Since learning how to play when I was five years old, I have maintained a desire to play basketball competitively and for fun. I have very good ball handling skills, and always try to find more ways to improve them in practice and camps. I'm also a very good shooter and try to find the open spots on the floor to shoot. I have a good basketball IQ. I am a co-captain for my AAU team and I try to lead by example while also encouraging my teammates. I am very coachable and strive to be the best I can be.
Off the court, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. I also look forward to volunteering at camps and helping kids in my neighborhood.
I want to attend a college where I can get a great education and will be pushed in the classroom and on the basketball court. I am open to all options and want to find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to all peers and little kids make my parents proud.
