My name is Jamus Mills. I have been passionate about football since I started my 8th grade year. Since I was new to the game, I was not sure which position I would enjoy. Although I had the speed to be a receiver, and successfully kicked, I found my love for football when I got the opportunity to play defense. We quickly realized I not only had the power as a safety but also the speed. I enjoy the challenge of reading my opponents and staying ahead of them in the game. I just completed my second year of football as a high school freshmen. My coach is conditioning me for High School Varsity next year.
My GPA is currently a 2.8. I have severe dyslexia and have been working on improving this score and feel I should be able to attain a 3.0 next year. Although this disability allows me to use audio books and special devises to complete my homework, I would rather not us those and earn my grade without the assistance.
