My name is Grant Gaston and I am an offensive lineman. I will attend Blue Valley High School this year as an incoming freshman and play for the Tigers.
I have personally trained with Will Shields (NFL/Chiefs Hall-of-Famer) and am currently training with Mike Landry from Landry Athletics to improve my skills and technique. I work as hard as I possibly can and push myself to my limits in each and every workout. Over the last two summers, I have attended the FBU Camp in Kansas City and have been nominated to attend FBU Top Gun each of the last three years. My positional coaches, Bob Palcic ,Mike Guzda, and Mike Maser have all indicated I have a future playing past high school as a tackle due to my intelligence, footwork, and long arms. As a 14 year old, I'm 6'2, 265 lbs. I played on the 7th grade KC Metro FBU team that placed 4th in the country in 2015 and the 8th grade KC Metro FBU team that placed 3rd in the country out of 64 teams. Over last summer, I was selected to the "All Top Gun Class of 2021" and the "Youth1.com All Top Gun Offense Class of 2021 Second Team". I have been selected twice to attend the NextGen All American Camp and am a 2-time FBU All American.
I am very dedicated to my football off-season activities and I play other sports such as basketball, and track (discus/shot put). I have advanced to the AAU Junior Olympics multiple times. Equally as important to what I do on the field/court, I maintain a 4.0 GPA in school, while participating in honors Math/Language Arts.
I see college football in my future and I will do everything that is required to get there and more.
