Personal Statement

I will work above and beyond that which is required of me to succeed as a student first and as an athlete second in order to reach my goals of playing football at the highest level in High school and College. I have dedicated the majority of my childhood and teen age years to a strict but self dedicated routine of family, academics, organized sports. and continued friendships new and old. I ask for no hand outs in life. I choose to earn my way by example. I am a leader of sort, not by force but by trust. I know what it feels like to win as well as to lose. I know how to pick myself up when all seems lost. I know how to listen when I have no answer. I am a student of the game always.

If you want a leader that works and plays by example, I am your choice. I believe in the saying "Strength by numbers".

Coach,

Thank you for taking the time to review the material I have put forward in my portfolio.

Best Regards

John W. L. Kreps
