Connor Sinclair '16 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Connor Sinclair and i have officially committed to Claremont McKenna College. I recently set a new max clean of 255 pounds and a max dead lift of 450 pounds. Ever since I started playing football, I knew I had discovered a true passion of mine. I love everything about the game, and because of my strong sense for academic achievement, I have always dreamed about using my passion for football as an opportunity to also achieve a higher education and play at the next level. I want to be somewhere where I get a good education in order to have a successful future, and I am a good candidate for a team because I'm very hard working, coachable, and a leader on and off the field. I am most interested in playing defensive end or long snapper at the college level. My character defines me and sets me apart from others. I always strive to make the best, most ethical decisions and to help others when they're in need. I want nothing less than the best for my team, because your teammates are your brothers, and they've always got your back. I'm constantly working to improve myself in the weight room and both on and off the field. I believe my dedication to both school and athletics sets me apart from others. I never quit, always playing through the whistle. I'll work as hard as possible to achieve goals for myself and my team. I'm extremely excited for my upcoming senior season of high school football and school in general. I was recently given the Student of the Year award for my class of 500 people and was also elected Associated Student Body President for my Senior Year. I can't wait to get out there with my brothers and work to win an East Bay Athletic League Championship for our program, as well as help my school become a better place.
