My name is Brad Grenkoski. I am in the 2019 graduating class at Farragut High School in Knoxville, TN. The goal I set each day is to be a better player and student than I was yesterday. There are days that goal seems so easy. Then, there are those days that you just have to keep swinging because the goal seems out of reach. Baseball has taught me those lessons.
Both my Father and Grandfather played college baseball, so there has never been a time that I did not have that same goal. I have been taught that the game requires respect, humility, confidence, teamwork, pride, and dedication. Baseball is my passion. It is the thing that fuels my dreams. While there maybe players that are more talented, but there are none, that are as willing as I am to be prepared when given the opportunity. Those are the qualities I will apply to being a student athlete. If desire is a measure of success, I feel as though I will be successful on and off the field.
