Respecting the Classroom
My goal is to graduate from college with the degree that I feel best fits me. At the moment I feel that degree would be in sports management, specifically focusing on marketing and financing. The small things in life stand out to me most, as well as my teachers and family members. My parents instilled in me a sense of respect that is to be demonstrated towards all with a simple "hello" or "good morning" and leaving a class saying "thank you". Being 100% honest, my grades are notable, but I truly feel that if I were to apply myself more I would be earning straight A's.
On the Diamond
On the field either during a game or just in practice, my head is only focused on baseball: what am I going to do with the ball when it's hit to me and where do I want to take the ball my next at bat? I practice my fielding daily, whether it's taking ground balls that my dad or brother-in-law has hit to me or throwing a tennis ball off a wall practicing front hand or back hand. I hit probably around 280 baseballs a week, that may not seem like a lot (40 swings a day), but I'd rather be taking just a couple swings a day and having my swing be correct everytime than taking a whole bunch of swings and having it fall apart.
