Jake Busch '11 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6 foot 185 lb pitcher from Frankfort, IL. I currently am a Sophomore at Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri which is a D2 school. I desire to pitch at the highest level possible at a school that will fulfill my academic needs as well as athletically. I am interested in Special Education as my major. Also, I currently maintain a 3.769 GPA and am on the Dean's list.I am a very hard worker and have a great work ethic on and off the field. I throw in the low to mid 80's and have hit 85 mph. As a pitcher I can be a starter or come out of the bullpen. I work fast, hit my spots, and can throw all my pitches for strikes. Also, I would consider myself a complete pitcher and not just a thrower. I am currently open to transferring and am unsatisfied with the my school and it's commitment to succeeding academically as well as athletically. I have officially gotten my release from Lincoln University and my former Head Coach Jim Dapkus is willing to speak with other Coach's on my behalf.
