Personal Statement

I am from Saratoga, California and will be a 2016 graduate. I am 6' 0" and 180 lbs and currently carry a 3.96 GPA. My SAT score is 2190 (Reading 750, Math 720 and Writing 720) and ACT score is 34. My goal is to be the model student athlete who will excel athletically as well as academically at a challenging university.
I have been playing for the Saratoga High School Varsity baseball team (2013&2014 SCV DeAnza League Champion) since the freshman year. I have been a starter (RHP, CF or MI.) since the sophomore year. I am currently playing on the Trosky 18U white team. During the 2015 high school season, my BA was .333, and my OBP was .411, my pitching ERA was 1.94. I was selected as All League 1st Team. To learn more about me, please watch my highlight video on the Recruiting Profile Link.
I also play basketball. During the sophomore season, I was co-captain of the high school JV team, made the 1st team All League in the DeAnza Division and was voted MVP. I was a starter this year with the high school Varsity basketball team.
I consider myself a very dedicated leader. I strongly believe in Walk the Talk, and will bring a great work ethic both on and off the field.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
