MY HISTORY:
In September of 2017, having never wrestled before, I made the decision to consider participating in the wrestling program as a Freshman at my high school, Liberty High School, in Frisco, Texas. I attended training sessions at Bombers Wrestling under the instruction of Coach Rick Dellagtta - 2X Olympic Team Member - Freestyle Wrestling 1980 and 1984, and University of North Texas Wrestling Coach, Andre Metzger - 2X NCAA Champion World Silver Medalist. I trained hard and immersed myself in imitating moves quickly.
FRESHMAN YEAR:
My first tournament, the 9th Annual Heath Invitational (JV Boys), at Rockwall Heath High School secured a 1st place win in the 138 lb weight class.
My second tournament, the Liberty High School Throwdown (JV Boys), I secured a 3rd place win in my weight class.
My third tournament, the Cougar JV Invitational at The Colony High School, I secured a 2nd place win in my weight class.
