I have heart, dedication, and class on the mat and inside the class room, getting a great education and career is what motivates me to go to college and also to stay in shape from wrestling. I want to be the first to go to college in my family and I work hard everyday to pursue that goal until I complete it and when I complete that goal, God willing I will get more doors open to succeed even greater and to achieve more, I believe the sky is not the limit.

- l go 3 or 4 times a week for 1 hour with a trainer. we work all sorts of muscles and areas of the body primarily the legs, arms, shoulders, and back. the workouts i usually do are sleds, and kegs.

- Running is really important for my conditioning, stamina, and heart on the mat when i wrestle, i run 4 miles everyday.
