Ashley Water Polo...Personal Statement
I hope to compete in water polo at the Collegiate level. I am a natural team leader. Girls on my team look to me for direction on both the field and in life. I like encouraging them to do and be their best as well as teaching them. One of my favorite things to do is to plan team bonding activities. I believe that no individual player is more important then the team, and that by working together we are stronger. My teams participate in the positive coaching alliance and through that I subscribe to the philosophy that being a good team member is about Effort, Learning from Mistakes, and Mastery (ELM).
