Olivia Navarro '16 Recruiting Profile

Although I have not been playing water polo as long as some, the passion and the love I have for the game is nonpareil to most. Since I was very young I have enjoyed swimming competitively, so when I was encouraged by a coach to try water polo I decided to give it a shot. I am so grateful that I did,  because water polo is the game I loved from the moment I first played freshman year.  My commitment to the sport and team is always present, and I hope to continue to share this with others. My teammates over the years have become close friends, and I hope to continue this experience in college.   Not only do I enjoy playing this sport, but I hope it will provide me with opportunities that would not otherwise be possible.
