Personal Statement

Hello! My name is Mia Livingston, and I've been playing volleyball for four years. I attend school at Sun Prairie, and was on the JV volleyball team this year. My sister has had a major impact in making me the volleyball player I am today. I've grown up with lot's of great role models in my life that have helped me succeed in both academic and athletics. Having a D1 volleyball player as a sister, a mother that played volleyball throughout high school, and a grandpa that made it to the NFL, I have had lot's of exposure to different activities and sports. I started falling in love with volleyball when I was just a little kid, I was about 7 years old when I started playing around with my mom and sister, and I ultimately knew this was the sport I wanted to play for the rest of my life.
