My life is filled with many other events than just volleyball. I have a very crowed week! When I have time, mainly in the summer, my brother and I like to play any sport we can to keep us moving. I have a cousin that played college volleyball, and watching her made me realize what the sport truly is, and not just the slow pace, basic bumping, but the wild kills and digs. My mom is also a huge impact of me for playing volleyball. She had said it was her favorite sport, which had made me want to try it. I started camps when I was 9 and loved it ever sense. I like to tie many things that I am doing to volleyball. I can tell that I am communicating and reading everything faster now that I have had more experience in the sports I play. I have grown more and more as a team leader in not only the sports I play, but in life choices too. Art has always been my way of pushing everything aside and just freestyle. I love to help out with children and volunteer, so I recently found a job that can let me be artistic and still talk to kids or teens, which is an Art Therapist. My one overall goal is to just succeed in schooling and get a job that I love, and hopefully play on a volleyball team in college! Some days can get stressful with all the events I do, and mostly because I am too hard on myself.
