Faith Flynn '21 Recruiting Profile

For as long as I can remember, my dad has been teaching me about the importance of having a good work-ethic. Nothing in life is ever handed to you. I believe that having a strong work-ethic is key in reaching my goals. Volleyball has been my passion since Middle School when my coach saw something in me and encouraged me to play club volleyball to improve my skills. As my middle school years progressed, I really got serious about the sport and worked hard to become a better team-player, leader and person over-all. I love that volleyball is a team sport and that everyone has their role that they have to play in order to succeed. I was the setter and selected Captain of my Regional club team this past year, running a 5-1 rotation. I am the kind of person who loves having fun and is super energetic, but I am also teachable (I love constructive criticism). I always have a positive attitude and love encouraging people on and off the court. I am willing to grow and learn constantly and willing to push myself and become a better player everyday. Academically, I am an honors student and maintain a GPA of 3.7 or higher, and most recently I was selected to be on my High School Student Council. My dream is to play college volleyball at a competitive level and major in Business and later go on to get my degree in Chiropractic.
