I want to play college softball because being on the field is the place where I feel the most at home. Softball is my passion. Playing softball at the college level is something I have wanted to do since I was about 8 years old.
I think that when people see me play softball, they can see a few things. First, they can tell that when I play, I really enjoy what I am doing. I think that an important part of the game is the fact that you should love everything about the game, and I do. Next, they can see that I take the game seriously. Not only should you love it, but you should be improving every time you go on the field. Everything that happens is a learning opportunity.
I would love to be a part of a program where the coach can see my potential as a player, a teammate and a student athlete, and can help me to become the best of all three. I want to leave college knowing that I have done everything I could do to be successful in the real world.
