Nashali Cruz '17 Recruiting Profile

    Hi! My name is Nashali Cruz Florian, as you can see in my profile. I'm 16 years old and I'm very interested in studying Chiropractic in a United States University. I Contact you because I want you to know how important it is for me to attend college and be part of your volleyball team.

     Since childhood I have been very clear that volleyball is the sport I love most in this life. But I've also been clear that the university is one of the most essential parts of our lives. So I have always maintained my goals clear, knowing and having on purpose be better athletically and academically staying in the National Honor Society of Puerto Rico. One of the most important things my parents have taught me is to know how to divide the time between sports and school, thing I've done very well since I can remember and has so far helped me become the student athlete I am today. I'm very interested in study Chiropractic because first you can correct the damage to the vertebrae for the body to function better without surgery or anesthesia. Second, it combined with athletes to prevent injuries and to better perform in sports. 

    Since I began to play volleyball've played Central Hitter because of my height, this position directed me to win an MVP and three All Stars. But since the end of last season I've been exercising Opposite Hitter, position that I'm also willing to exercise as good as i did with Central Hitter. 

      I always have very clear that in sports and in everything in life you never learn enough, that's why we have to be prepared to learn and fight new things every day. Thank you.
