· I am passionate about Volleyball! I’ve played on school teams since 3rd grade and in Clubs for 5 seasons. I practice daily either on my own or with teammates on my current club team, DVA (Delaware Volleyball Academy). I even assist younger players at mini clinics and one-to-one. This year I am an assistant coach with ages 14-16 through my club.
· I play on DVA National 17’s Team as Outside Hitter/Blocker, play all 6 positions and serve as Team Captain. I am attending year three of the Advanced Leadership Program. Last Summer, I attended Spark the Wave (leadership volunteerism camp) and five Volleyball Camps focusing on hitting, blocking, setting, passing and serving. I also served as Assistant Coach at 2 Nike VB camps.

This semester: visit colleges, talk with D1 D2 D3 NAIA players and coaches - have fun!
· My current GPA is 4.3 (on a 4.0 scale). I am 6’1", 150 pounds and right-handed. Feb 2014: stand reach is 8 ft. 1 in, approach is 9 ft. 10 in, block jump is 9 ft. 6 in. I'd like to increase all by two more inches!
· I plan to attend college, earn a degree - and play college volleyball. I'd like to work in a job that makes a difference, volunteer with and mentor girls and enjoy volleyball as a player and coach.
· I love to travel, visit my hometown area of Chicago, bake, shop, hang out with my diverse group of friends, participate in walks for charities and attend school events. Oh yes - and play lots of Volleyball!
I love this sport so much that I want everyone interested to have a chance to play, too. So I started Liv’s Locker. This program helps underprivileged girls learn about this great sport and receive gently-used volleyballs and shoes through collections I organize at volleyball tournaments and team events. My teammates and I will work with Girls Scout troops located in Philly to deliver the program. We meet with small groups of girls, present healthy/positive attitude tips, play team building games, eat healthy snacks, share our passion for our sport, teach basics of Volleyball and have fun. Each girl gets a volleyball, t-shirt and a pair of new/gently used shoes to keep. My hope is that each girl starts on her own path of good health through our role modeling - and catch our love of Volleyball. http://livslocker.webs.com/
