Kelsie Christensen '12 Recruiting Profile

I am a left handed OH and RS player who is 5'10.5" and a team player. I have been a starter for my Varsity High School team for 3 years. I have also been a starter for my club team for the last 4 years. I work hard both at practice and on the court in addition, I also work hard acedemically. I was voted Clackamas High School Athlete of the week September 21, 2011. The highlight of my Junior High School season was being nominated MVP by my coach and making the Three Rivers All League First Team and Oregon's All State Second Team. I have already been mentioned in the Oregonian this year as once of the top Oregon players to watch for. During my club season my Sophomore year, I was invited to the Colorado Crossroads All State Team for 2011. In addition to playing, I was the floor captain my junior year and I assit putting up and taking down the nets at practice. I will be dedicated to the college and volleyball team I play for. My first desire would be to play for a DII college in the Northwest to mid-west/south region, but I am open to play for any college in any region who offers a good BSN program. My athletic goals are to play at that highest competition level possible and to be able to play volleyball during the fall and spring.
