As a two-sport athlete, four time team captain, and member of my school’s athletic leadership council I have learned the value of a team; I put high a importance on developing a relationship with each teammate. I’ve participated in OSAA 6A State Championship 3 years in a row and am working towards a 4th year. Moving forward, I am excited to build more relationships with my fellow athletes at the next level. But, I hope to not only excel as an athlete but as a student. As a hopeful sports medicine major I believe hard work is the only way to achievement. Beyond my academic and athletic career I am heavily involved in my community. I enjoy helping out in my church and teaching children’s ministries. Also, I participate in my school’s national honor society, and math honor society.
