The competition of the game really gets my adrenaline going. I have been playing for 6 years now and along with other sports. I have always been drawn to Volleyball the most. I'm 5'9" tall and I have a 27 inch vertical. I am also a sprinter in track. I do long jump, hurdles, 4 by 1/2 relays, and i do shot put-(34'5.75"). I enjoy weight training and have good numbers for bench and other disciples. One of my greatest moments as an athlete was being a alternate state qualifier as a freshman. Even though I didn't run it was still a great experience. As for volleyball I stay active at the net and understand blocking techniques. I would love to play volleyball in college because my passion has never changed. Some of the regions I'd consider are the Northeast, South and the Mid Atlantic areas. I would like to major in either Holistic Medicine or Physical Therapy but with the Bio field as the backbone. My realistic athletic goals for playing in college are being in the best shape possible and have fun playing. I'm hoping to find a school that gets me ready for life's challenges and being a part of the volleyball team would be an exciting plus.
