Sarah Seger '15 Recruiting Profile

I am an athletic, powerful, intensely competitive and focused OH who wants to play for a competitive college volleyball team, and I will give my team everything I have to help us win. I have been playing Club and school volleyball for 6 years. Our high school team won it's first Section title in nearly three decades this past season, and I was proud to be a part of that amazing season, where we had outstanding community support, with several hundred fans coming to our games.

For club, I was captain of the Oxygen 17s for the 2014 season. We finished ranked #17 out of nearly 80 teams with a match record of 20-7-2.  My coaches love my intensity, my work ethic, my enthusiasm and how I bring that to the table whether in practice or in games.  My academic performance has made a significant improvement and I improved my GPA in my junior year significantly.  I am fully committed to continuing my education and have worked extremely hard to turn my grades in the right direction, and that too should just how much I want to move forward into college.

I have been working on core conditioning and plyometrics this entire offseason and I'm more fit than ever before and ready to defend our Section 1 Crown this 2014 high school season!
