Katie Paine '23 Recruiting Profile

I am in 10^th grade and have been playing volleyball since 5th grade. I played other sports as well but decided to focus only on volleyball three years ago. I’ve played on club teams for four years and a sand volleyball team for the past three summers. I’ve played all different positions, but most recently have been playing as an outside hitter and opposite on my high school Varsity and club teams. I often play all six rotations as well. I’ve discovered I really like playing back row!

Off the court, I am somewhat independent. But on the court, I love being a part of a team and really like spending time with my teammates. I work very hard and don’t give up. I will keep working hard so that I can continue to play volleyball through high school and hopefully college as well. My dream is to play college volleyball and excel both athletically and academically.
