Helena Atton '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Helena Atton.  I am a 6’ 0” tall middle blocker.  As a junior, I was selected to our conference's (Saginaw Valley League) first team.  I was also voted most valuable player and best offensive player by my high school teammates.

I love to play volleyball.  That is why I want to continue my passion by playing at the collegiate level.  I enjoy working on all aspects of the game.  For me, the best practices are when I learn something new or improve a skill.  I also prefer to work hard and be physically challenged.  My coaches have always found me able to take criticism and follow instructions with a positive attitude.  I enjoy helping my team get better, win matches and help my teammates be better players.  I do my best at every practice and match to lead my team by example.

I am looking for a college that has a 4 year nursing program and offers a BSN degree.  I currently have above a 3.8 in my college prep classes.

The volleyball coach who recruits me will not regret it.  I am a hard worker on the court and in the classroom. I have a positive attitude and I want to be the best player and student I can be.
