Taylor Grinley '21 Recruiting Profile

Even as a freshman, during the past six years of playing volleyball I have created a love for the sport, and desperately want to pursue this passion onto the college level. To accomplish this mission, I have learned to put my team before myself, by making sure that my team members are prepared in their mental and physical game. I am a very positive person and believe that the game of volleyball is very much a mental game. I continue to have a positive attitude and move on to the next play after an error is made. I am also very passionate about school, and realize that I need to perform well in the classroom as well as on the court. I am very interested in the medical field, or any kind of profession that allows me to help others. I let my failures encourage me to be the best player I can be, and strive every day to make my goals come true, on the court, in the weight room, and in the classroom.
