My name is Mikayla Greenwood, I am 17 years old, and a senior outside hitter at Streator High School in Streator, Illinois. I have been a varsity player on the volleyball team at my high school for the past three years. This past season I was honored with an All-Conference Academic Award. Volleyball is a very big priority in my life so much that I attended two out of state camps and one in state camp this summer, but my school work is number one, and playing volleyball has taught me how to balance both of them. While playing both school and club ball, I have learned to react without think but to also make smart decisions. Being a two-sport athlete and being involved with sports since I was able to walk, I would like to eventually become a Physical Therapist. It has always been my dream to play at the college level at to compete at such a high pace.
