Morgan Peterson '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Morgan Peterson and I am from Roselle, Illinois.  I am a 5'8" outside hitter who plays all six rotations.  What I bring to my team is effort, leadership, communication skills and overall volleyball skill.  I am looking for a school that I feel very comfortable with both the Academic atmosphere and the overall team atmosphere.  I will play almost anywhere that I feel my contributions will be noted and appreciated.  My preference for schools would be in a warmer climate, but a school's overall social, athletic and academic climate will ultimately be the decision makers on where I attend school.  I know I can play at the DII and DIII levels and size of school is also very flexible.  My athletic goals are to play and contribute to a team as quickly as I can, and I believe in the right situation I will be able to compete for playing time as a Freshman.  My leadership skills and volleyball skills will be a complement to any program.  My strong family connection and ability to adapt to new situations will, hopefully, make my transition to this new phase of my life very easy.  I look forward to talking with Coaches and showing them what kind of person and player I am.
