I want to play volleyball at the collegiate level while achieving my nursing degree. I desire a lot of success in everything I do in life and work hard to achieve it. I have achieved many academic awards through art and also writing competitions for the VFW. I was honored with the opportunity to take college classes my Junior year, and was also a two sport athlete in the fall. I have played volleyball for 7 years and it is my ultimate passion. I live it and breathe it. Sounds cliche, but it is true. I achieved the honor of playing as a JV and Varsity starter my Sophomore year, and my Junior year was a starter for JV and played as an alternate. I played as a starter for Varsity my senior year as well as stood as a mentor for some of the younger players. You can always hear me cheering on my team, winning or losing and try to keep morale high. I am my worst critic and it has made me a better player. I watch every video and critique myself to find ways that I can improve. I love my family and with their support have been able to accomplish many things at a very young age. I am a fast learner and when learning a new skill try my best to achieve it quickly. I am also passionate about being a hard worker and will do what my coaches need me to do.
