It has been my dream to play at a big university (Big 10, Big 12, Pac 12, ACC, etc.) since I first started playing. I am currently a sophomore and I played on my varsity high school team for 2 years now, I have substituted on older teams last in club for tournaments, and I played up this club season so I have experience of a faster game and a higher level of maturity. Along with indoor, I also play beach volleyball. Some of my accomplishments there include: going to California for nationals, winning several large trophies, and getting a bid to the Junior Olympics. I'm hoping for 5'10" but as of now I know I am shorter for a hitter so I have been working really hard on increasing my vertical. Academically, I have a 4.0 GPA and have won awards such as the top President's Award for Educational Excellence. Aside from athletics and academics, I have an interest in writing adventure/thriller stories and novels; I am currently working on one that I really like and will probably try to publish once I finish. Thank you for taking your time to look at this and possibly consider me for your school. You can follow my Twitter and Instagram @cassiechinn
