McKay Hyatt '23 Recruiting Profile

I possess a strong desire to compete at the collegiate level.  I am a very well rounded player who can serve, hit, pass, and set.  I've played many positions depending where I can help my team the most.  I have played setter, libero, outside hitter, and right side hitter.  I am good decision maker and I love to compete. The bigger the moment...the better!  I have been selected as an All-Region player each of the past three seasons. In addition to volleyball, I have played on our varsity basketball team that unfortunately lost the State Championship game last year, been on a Region Championship Track team where I competed and qualified for the State meet in the 400, 800, 1600, and various relays.  My club team went 84-14 last season with 3 tournament titles.  I have great grades, quick instincts, and am an awesome team player with lots of energy, enthusiasm, and athleticism.  I have 5 family members that played football or baseball at the University of Georgia and Clemson.  I want to carry on our family sports tradition at the next level as well.  Let’s make it happen!!
