Amanda Gross '17 Recruiting Profile

I plan on trying many things in college but my main goals are to get my Bachelors in Digital Design/Arts and continue on to get my Masters in Exercise Science. My long term goal is to possibly become a volleyball coach or physical trainer at a school/college. I have been playing volleyball since I was just eleven years old and through out this time period I've learned a lot about myself and the sport itself. I prove that I am a great teammate by sticking up for all and having endless strength instead of giving up. I believe that if given enough effort and heart, a team as one can overcome any obstacle. I myself, go into every game with an attitude of a humble athlete who will stop at nothing to win. I show my coaches and fellow athletes that playing with a fire inside and pushing through what is expected can lead to great things. I do everything in my young athletic life with pure passion and day by day I'm excited to see where it takes me.
