Mackenzie Olsen '12 Recruiting Profile

I am beginning my junior year in high school and am looking to the future. I want to play for a competitive program-maybe even one that is rebuilding, with strong academics. I transitioned from OH to Setting during my Freshman club season. I love to play above the net and dominate in the air. Blocking the other team's best hitters is awesome! A pre-veterinary medicine major would be my first choice, but biology would be all right too with a minor or double major in business. I am excited to travel away from home and would consider going anywhere in the country at this point. School is a focus for me, my GPA is currently 3.8, but I also want to be fully immersed in a collegiate sports program. I am looking to find the perfect fit for me. I want to play for a program that will encourage my growth both on and off the court and also help me develop my leadership skills to the next level. I want to make the players around me better because I am part of the team.
