If you were to talk to my club coach, she would tell you I am a determined and passionate player both on and off the court. I take pride in knowing that I am able to step into the leadership position and lead the team to success. My abilities continue to grow the more time I spend on court. I have come a long way since starting my volleyball career just three years ago and soccer for ten years before that. I was able to apply my competitive soccer experience to volleyball. My coach-ability and dedication speaks volumes about both my character and talents. I am able to absorb criticism from my coach and apply it on court within minutes. It is very important to me to look at what I need to improve on and what I need to continue doing. My ideal college would be a smaller, personalized approach to learning. A college that is focused on the success of not only academics and athletics, but on the growth of the individual.
