Leonie Strehl '17 Recruiting Profile

I envision my college years to be a growth period, not only on a personal level but also on an athletic level. My goal is to explore a business major and look for a school that will lead me on the right academic path. On the court, I am a dynamic player with positive influence on the team. On both my club and high school teams I am know as the team “cheerleader”, always seen cheering and rooting for my teammates no matter what the scoreboard says. Off the court, I work a job at a local retail store, and love to give back to my community. I consider myself a unique individual not only because I am usually found towering over most people, but also because I speak fluent German and that is an important aspect of my life. I am a self driven and determined person who seeks to strive for maximum potential in school, life, and on the volleyball court.
