Personal Statement

I aspire to attend a major university as a student athlete and obtain a degree in Education so I can pursue my dream of becoming an elementary school teacher.  I have always loved sports and competition, competing in gymnastics, soccer, and track from an early age. I am a hard working and highly motivated athlete as well as a good team player and enjoy leading by example. I respond well to coaching and feel as though my diversity in both track and field events and my strong work ethic will make me a valuable addition to any track team. I have always had an interest in education and enjoy the fundamentals of learning which I believe will help me in balancing a rigorous academic and athletic schedule. Having grown up as a triplet with two sisters has taught me many lessons in how to get along with others especially  through compromise. I believe that coming from a larger family will help me in adjusting to college life, and I am very excited about starting college in the near years to come.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
