Personal Statement

I have been running track for five years and seven seasons. I hold the high school record for 55m hurdles (9.3) and the shuttle hurdle relay with 1:10:05. with a split of 16.9. I have always been a hard worker and a team player. I strive to continually lower my times and get stronger. I would like to run at a school on the East Coast, DI, DII, or DIII, however I am also considering schools in the North or Midwest. My desired major is Pre-Dentistry or Biochemistry, with a minor in foreign languages (French and German). My athletic goal is to compete on a college track team at the highest level possible while pursuing my academic degree.
