Running is an integral part of my life. I utilize my passion for running to help me achieve not only my running goals, but also my personal life goals. Training for cross country and track has taught me that just like the sport, life is full of challenges and great moments. If you keep pursuing your goals there is nothing you cannot achieve as an athlete and a person. I would be a nice addition to a college squad because I am willing to not only work hard on my goals, but also help to support my teammates with their goals. I am excited to move into the next level of the running world to see what challenges I will confront next! Ava
