Destinee Thomas '17 Recruiting Profile

As a student-athlete, I set the standards for myself very high. I expect to exceed in the classroom & on the track. I try to pull the best out of myself & teammates everyday. Being as though I've been apart of a team since I was 6 yrs. old, I've learned to adapt to many different personalities. I believe that a few characteristics that make me different from other recruits is my persistence, leadership qualities, coach-able personality & diversity. I'm involved in multiple activities in school such as Student Council, Ambassadors Club & Ushers Corps.  My coach often puts me in 3-4 events each meet because he is confident enough to know that I'll be competitive.  

My academic goal is to major in athletic training or physical therapy.  I would be honored to be chosen as a candidate for your team. Humbly, I'll represent your school well both academically and athletically with the gifts God has bestowed upon me.
