Personal Statement
I am a 2010 graduate from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I have been running since I was seven years old for my club team Mallery Challengers. During the time at my high school, my Cross Country and Track & Field team has been District 12 and Public League Champions in 2006-2007. I have been the captain of my team since the middle of my junior year and I have the opportunity of making All Public- 1st Team cross country season. Running at a highly competitive college has been a goal I have been hoping to accomplish ever since elementary school. From my sophomore year through my senior, I have taken AP and Honors classes with a 3.79 gpa. But what I consider most important in selecting the right school is in the academics and the majors that the colleges offer.
