After high school, my main goal is to go to college and earn a degree to become a physical therapist. In conjunction with that, I would like to throw javelin in college. I love sports, and it's always been a dream of mine to play at the collegiate level. While I've only been throwing for one year, I seem to have a natural ability and I'd like to explore the oppurtunities. For this upcoming season, my goal is to qualify for states by distance, not just by winning districts. In order to achieve my goal, I plan to work extremely hard and focus on form and technique. For this school year, I am going to continue to work hard to keep my grades up as well. Sports are wonderful. They're a great outlet for everyone and they can teach you a lot of valuable life lessons. Looking past all of my athletic and academic goals, my real goal in life is to be a better person. Because, honestly, the person you are when no one else is around is what really matters. By being a good person and being who I am, my friends and family will always support me. And when it all boils down to it, it's those people in your life are the ones who truly matter. So, yes, athletic and academic achievements are a big part of my future aspirations, but what really matters is staying true to myself and becoming a better person.
