Hayley Cochran '13 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Hayley, I am a 5'7 senior mid-distance runner from Mechnicsburg, Ohio. I have ran track since my 7th grade year for my school. My first year as a 7th grader, I was chosen to be a team captain. My freshman year I was awarded the outstanding runner for the girls. Then my sophomore year, I was awarded the outstanding sophomore runner, a medal for being a state finalist, and I was given the student athlete of the month for Mechanicsburg. Also, I received 1st team all Champaign county, 2nd team all area,and Honorable Mention OHC for 4x8.

I have been maintaining a 4.0 GPA for my first two years of high school. I have received Academic All-Ohio award and Academic Scholar award for OHC conference. I am a hard worker and  have been told by my coaches that I am a coachable athlete. I love being active. I am looking for a college with a good athletic training program and to compete in track.
