Breanna Brukalo '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Breanna Brukalo and I attend Staten Island Technical High School, one of the top high schools in the country.  I am 5'4" and weigh about 110lbs.  I stared running track my sophomore year of high school and at the end of the year at NY City Champs I ran 64.64s in the 400m hurdles and decided that I wanted to run in college.  I started training a lot and working on technique my junior year. My times in the 100m hurdles and 55m hurdles dropped significantly, however my 400m hurdle time did not.  But this year, I am determined to lower my time. I am team captain this year, and was given the Coach's Award my sophomore year. I am open to many different school sizes and types, I don't mind large or small, rural or urban.
