I would like to be recruited because track is my passion. It's not just a sport to me, it's a huge part of my life, and it would mean the world to me if I got recruited. I have been on my varsity track team since I was in middle school as a 7th grader. I've improved so much, and this is my 6th year on the team. Upon graduating, I would like to get recruited, which very hard because of the small community I live in, and the selection process colleges go through to choose their athletes. I've been recognized as a budding track athlete through the town newspaper, my coaches, and the online newspaper. I have been contacted by tons of coaches between the D1 and D3 level the past two years. This is something I would like to continue to do as I enter college. Track is not only a passion for me, but a main focus. Something I want to continue to better myself in, and surround myself with teammates of the same mentality, and skill level to push me to be my best.
