Hello, my name is Crystal Henderson. I am a track athlete who is inspired to compete on the next level. This is my 2nd year on varsity track and field. I have already broken multiple school records in all of my events. In the Triple jump i jumped 39'-10.5" at the Suffolk County Championships on 2-1-15. I also jumped 18'-3.25" in the long jump at the same meet.I also broke the school record in the 55 mm HH with a time of 8.17at the Section XI League Championships held on 1-24-15. My team mates and I broke the 3x55 mm shuttle relay with a time of 29.15 on 1-9-14 at the Section 11 Zeitler Relays. I also made All County in 55 mm HH and triple jump. I am currently ranked 3rd in 55 mm HH in New York State, and also ranked 1st in triple jump in New York State Spring season I was ranked 2nd out of all public schools in the 100mmHH with a personal best time of 14.63 at the New York State Championships on 5-6-1.I am looking forward to improving all of my stats and also improving my academic grades. I enjoy getting my team excited for every meet and helping my team get prepared. As a captain in my senior year, my fellow captains and I love helping out my coach, and watching my whole team improve through out the season.
