My name is Anya Schmitt. I am very outgoing and always looking forward and staying positive. I am very athletic and can do many different things. I played basketball and decided to stop because running was very important and I want to train hard. I train all year around and I love it. I got moved up to varsity track when I was in 8th grade. My coaches put me in different races because I’m able to run different sorts of races. It can be from 200 all the way to 3000 meters. Over the summer I go to different running programs. Ive gone to the Running School 3 years already and planning on going these next two years. I also run with Sayville and Sachem. They have get together runs with different people from all around. And of coarse I runon my own. Not only am I very athletic but I also keep up with my grades. Ive made it to the honor roll, and always keep up with my grades. I’m planning on getting my advanced diploma and then studying criminal Justice. Ive always wanted to become a cop and nothing will stop me. I will do whatever it takes. I also do many activities outside with school and home. I am a youth group leader, I’m a AOH member, and I’m also a CYO assistant coach. I’m always on the move. I like to spend my free time outside. Either running around, playing hoops, or doing yard work such as mowing the lawn or weeding.
