Personal Statement
I have been dedicated to a competitive sport since I was 6 years old. Athletics has always been a major part of my life and it is my goal for that to continue throughout my collegiate experience. Gymnastics, and now track, have instilled in me an uncommon level of discipline, both athletically and academically, that has enabled me to thrive.
To me, a good teammate pushes not only themselves, but their whole team to be the best that they can be. It is just as important to me to be part of a successful team, as it is to be a successful individual.
While athletics is important to me, nothing is more important than finding the best academic fit for me to help me start my career.
