Carly Scheuerman '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Carly Scheuerman and I am a Senior at St. Croix Preparatory Academy. I have been on the Track and Field team at my school since 8th grade, and I competed in my first season of Cross Country as a Junior. My main event is the 400 meter dash in which my time is 59.32. In addition, I compete in the 800 m (2:22.8), the 200 m (27), the 4x200 relay and the 4x400 relay. My best 5K time is 19:48. I have also swam competitively for the past 7 years. I am very dedicated to my sports, and being an athlete is a huge part of who I am as a person.

I also take my academics very seriously. I have taken and am currently enrolled in several AP/Accelerated/Honors courses, and I work hard to maintain good grades in my classes. As a Junior I made the A Honor Roll all four quarters of the year.

I would love to have the opportunity to compete in college, and I hope to find a school where I can succeed academically, as well as in my athletics.
